BAA Compliant products qualify as a domestic end product. A domestic end product is an unmanufactured end product produced in the U.S., or is an end product manufactured if the cost of components produced in the U.S. exceeds 50%
TAA Compliant refers to the Trade Agreements Act (19 U.S.C. & 2501-2581), which is intended to foster fair and open international trade. TAA requires that the U.S. Government may acquire on U.S. – made or designated country end products.
